New offering launch and demand generation program

Servicing the equestrian industry, Peppertree Arcadia is a small business offering specialised coaching and training programs, agistment, equestrian landscaping and arena construction.

The Peppertree team approached us to help them overhaul their existing website and to create a bespoke marketing strategy to launch their new offering 'GeoPro Footing'.

A customised marketing strategy

Clarifying their differentiators and determining their competitive strengths and weaknesses, we developed a thorough marketing plan for Peppertree Arcadia. Our strategy further defined their key audiences, targeted messaging and appropriate channels aligned to their lead and revenue goals. None of this is tick box standard strategy. We spent time to understand their business and develop a plan that works.

Website launch attracting traffic, leads and new clients

Redesigning Peppertree Arcadia's website aimed at providing an optimal client experience on mobile, tablet and desktop devices. Our revamp included all aspects of development from image selection to copywriting. 

Optimised content was developed for the launch on August 1, 2018, with continual enhancements carried out post-launch to consistently increase organic traffic from search engines as well as increase page conversion.

Within three months, we'd driven an 83% increase in search impressions; resulting in a 40% increase in clicks to the website. We then worked on continuing to increase the site conversion to ensure the visitors who land on the site actually find what they are looking for.

As part of our projects, we always set up a metrics dashboard to help our clients see the results we have had as well as for us to see what is working and not. Our goal is not to just drive traffic to the website - its to make sure it is converting to satisfied visitors and leads.

Social media strategy and editorial calendar

We developed and manage a Facebook social strategy with two properties (GeoPro Footing and Peppertree Arcadia), as Facebook is where we identified their audiences are most active. We work with third party pages to help promote the Peppertree Arcadia content.

We have increased the reach of the managed properties by 320% through the execution of an editorial calendar of regular posts. We have also developed Facebook ads along with a lead form which is producing very cost effective lead generation results for Peppertree Arcadia.

Event planning and sponsorship

As part of the marketing plan developed for Peppertree Arcadia, we created and executed an event strategy (including sponsorship, merchandising, event collateral and presence management). In their first two events that we recommended participating in, more than 20 qualified leads were generated.
